Insomnia is one of the most common sleep disorders characterised by difficulty initiating sleep, maintaining sleep and/or waking too early. This impacts on daytime functioning.

I offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) which is the gold standard treatment for chronic insomnia with an unparalleled success rate. Typically 5-8 sessions online or in person. Individually or as a group. CBT-I is experiential process of change with close mentorship and psycho-education at its heart.
