I offer a thorough clinical assessment which includes a full evaluation of your physical and mental health history, whilst paying close attention to your sleep and general wellbeing. Please note, if you have a referral letter by a consultant in sleep medicine, assessment is not required and you can fast track to my CBT-I clinic.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)
CBT-I is an active, experiential intervention which includes learning evidence-based strategies to improve the quality and quantity of your sleep for the long-term. I offer a highly successful 5-week program with a 3-month follow-up. This can be provided either individually or in a group setting online or in person.
