CBT-I
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia
WHAT IS CBT-I?
CBT-I is considered the first line treatment for chronic insomnia recommended by the NICE guidelines. It includes a range of behavioural and cognitive strategies that guide you gradually towards developing more positive sleeping habits. The techniques support with reducing reliance on sleeping pills for the long-term.
