I founded Sleep Psychologist inspired by my own experience of overcoming ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and extensive front line experience with a variety of multi-disciplinary NHS community and specialist mental health services.
I currently work part-time with the Insomnia and Behavioural Sleep Medicine Service based at the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine (RLHIM; University College London Hospitals), supporting adults with a wide range of chronic and complex health conditions. I actively participate in service development and research activities.
In my private practice, I offer highly specialist preventative sleep/circadian health targeted intervention with individuals and groups, consultation with health professionals and teaching and training to charities and organisations. I frequently collaborate with professionals who offer expertise within sleep and other pillars of health, such as, nutrition, physical activity and mental/cognitive health.

I am passionate about education and empowering others to have full confidence in taking charge of their wellbeing. I offer a trauma informed, evidence-based, holistic and integrated approach drawn from a range of psychological models to support adults with feeling better most of the day, most days.
