Individual CBT-I

We offer 1:1 Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) sessions with adults with chronic insomnia online or in person.

All Hands In

Group CBT-I 
x5 weeks | Online

​Research has demonstrated that group CBT-I is effective which is without a doubt consistent with our clinical experience. We bring our specialist knowledge and group facilitation experience to a 5-week, mentored group programme which supports adults with overcoming insomnia for the long term without any medication.

Our approach integrates the latest evidence based techniques with our own found methods that help with less time falling asleep, improved sleep quality, more energy, reduced tiredness, improved performance and motivation, less irritability and no more sleeping pills.

I will always be so grateful for being introduced to Dr. Romano, who successfully helped me through terrible insomnia.  I was referred to her following a cycling accident, where I suffered a brain injury and developed insomnia.  For nearly 3 years, I unsuccessfully tried many treatments and approaches from different doctors.  Dr. Romano helped me understand insomnia and clearly laid out a treatment program designed to work at my pace.   I believe her nuanced and extremely compassionate approach set her apart and made the treatment successful.
